What’s the beauty in that?

To be handed your job, to be handed your money, to be handed your residence, to be handed your life. How do you learn the value of your life if you don’t work for it? Most of all, how could anyone possibly find a soul mate such as that? I am a firm believer in earning what you want. Sure, I was given a few things in life, my car, my education, my ability to breathe and I thank God and my parents truthfully for financially and spiritually supporting me. But they definitely left me a lot of room to make faults. At any moment in this next year, I could fail miserably in my attempt to create a life for myself. But you know what? I will learn from that and my parents will be there for me, but in no way will hand everything to me without me learning a lesson out of it. They will help me learn what really went wrong and they will slowly mend my wings and set me free to be on my own again. There is a beauty in that. To me, if a man has not worked for a single thing in his life and can still afford to live a comfortable life due to his parents, I cannot find love with him. Learn to give yourself the capacity to fail to truly value your life. Just venting. :)
